Agents used to Schedule Analyses not working since 25D

Since the 25D update, we can no longer edit or create new Agents for our Analyses.

Everything was working normally before 25D.

It looks like the update disabled the “Enabled” option. We can see it’s unchecked, but we can’t re‑enable it, save changes, or create a new Agent.

We’ve already raised an SR and are waiting for Oracle’s response.

Is anyone else seeing the same issue?
Or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it?

We’re also wondering whether a BI Server bounce is normally done as part of the update process and whether it might have been
