Meeting ID not found for MS Teams Integration with Oracle Learning

Summary:

We have been implementing an MS Teams/Calendar Integration with Oracle Learn to automate triggering of calendar invites and bookings to instructors and learner. It was going well where we were able to test it successfully. A month later, the same integration fails with the error "Meeting not found ID: {meeting_id}, Title: {meeting_title}" (Viewed in "Configure External Providers" task)

What settings should the client look for to validate this in the azure end (Oracle configs are correct as far as i know)
