Variable mapping to a question in Terms Library

Hi All,

Just trying to understand that; Can a variable in Terms Library with source set as a 'response from question' be only be mapped to a single question?

I mapped a variable to a question and i created another question to which i want to map that variable; but for second question, that variable doesn't show up in LOV of 'Associated Variable' in question definition. Is this part of oracle design that one variable can only be mapped to one question?
