Summary:

Need clarification on the new Oracle feature: of 26A “Assignment Date and Role Updates when Replacing Resources”.  Asper the Oracle feature documentation, it is not clearly mentioned whether a Project Manager requires the Project Application Consultant to update the assignment start/end dates and roles while replacing resources on a project.  Could you please confirm:  Whether a Project Manager role alone issufficient to update assignment dates and roles during resource placement,  or If the Project Application Consultant (or any additional role/privilege) is mandatory for performing these updates?  This clarification will help us correctly configure roles and access for project users.
