Unable to pull E-Signature details from Requisition

Summary:

I am looking to extract E-signature information, specifically the flow name, signature date and time, and the signer’s identity. My current approach joins IRC_APPLY_FLOWS_VL with IRC_REQUISITIONS_B and IRC_REC_EVENTS_VL, but this does not yield all the expected records. In the example shown in the attached screenshot, there are 4 flows but I could only fetch the latest one. What is the recommended way to retrieve the complete list of flow names and corresponding E-signature details associated with candidate’s offer?
