SFTP connection is not working

in Fusion Applications Administration

We are running a BIP report which has bursting SFTP using ESS job. The Job is failing with the below errors.

Document delivery failed
[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_server1] [DELIVERY_ID=-1]
Delivery is completed
[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_server1] [FTPProcessor]Delivery to SFTP completed with failure oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: Exception in authenticating

We tried testing the SFTP connection from Administration and there is no response. Please let us know where we are going wrong and how can we fix this issue.
