Position List of values not showing

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

Hi,

Has anyone encountered this issue as a Hiring Manager? We have two users with exactly the same roles assigned. One user can see the Position list of values in Position and also when creating a requisition, but the other user is unable to see it. This is happening in a lower environment.

Can someone help us figure out how to fix this? Thanks!
