Update Control Budget definition via Rest Api or SOAP web service

Summary:

Hi,

we are looking for a way to update the definition of a control budget from an external application. Basically, what we need is to udpate the supplemental rules of a control budget once an external application has created a new accounting segment value in GL.

This external application creates the new value in the segment value set with the Budget control field as enabled, but after that, someone needs to manually update the control budget definition and include this specific value in the supplemental rule to have this value actually included in the rule.

What we want, is essentially the same, update the supplemmental rules of the control budget via Rest API, SOAP web service or any other method that enables this updates from an external application.
