How can we give view only access to the identification info page for the employee

Summary:

On the Identification Info page (Me > Identification Info), the Citizenship, Passport, Visa & Permits sections need to be only Add and Edit by HR Roles. These sections should be VIEW ONLY for all other users. Please let me know if this can be achieved through VB Studio. I have checked in VB studio, did not find any option to hide the add access. Kindly let me know how to do this.
