Making Project Number Mandatory for AP Invoice

Summary:

We have requirement to make Project Number Mandatory in AP Invoice. And this should also be applicable in case of AP coding workflow so that coder has to provide project details during coding.

We tried this using page personalization but we didn't find appropriate field to achieve this.

Is there any way to achieve this requirement. Please guide me on this.
