Why can't the group profile be used for a transaction matching method?

Group Profile checkbox is greyed out for all methods that include TM.

Hello, we are using the TM functionality of ARCS where we have 9 segments in GL which we have matched to 3 profile segments in ARCS.
- Facility (Location)
- Entity
- Account
All good so far and TM and Data Management works.
However, considering we have N Facilities for a single entity and multiple accounts, we risk ending up with several thousands of profiles to configure and maintain.
I propose using the Facility as a sub-segment and using the group profile functionality to limit the number of profiles as we currently have 80K.
