Security for OTBI Subject Area "Projects - Labor Distribution Costs Analysis Real Time"

Summary:

We need to expose OTBI queries written against the subject area "Projects - Labor Distribution Costs Analysis Real Time" to a larger population. Right now, it is only available to those with our CUSTOM PFM Labor Distribution Accountant role. We need to grant access to this subject area to our CUSTOM PFM Labor Distribution Administrator role too, since very few users - by design - have the Accountant role. We have a handful of OTBI reports that return no data when people that need them run them because they do not have adequate access to this subject area.

We have entered an SR for this issue, but Oracle did not provide a solution other than referencing the documentation for this subject area (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/project-management/26a/faopm/Projects-Labor-Distribution-Cost-Analysis-Real-Tim-SA-391.html). The users DO have the Project Labor Transaction Analysis Duty Role, but that apparently isn't enough.
