We have a reporting requirement to include the Customer_Family attribute in an Oracle CX OTBI report. However, this attribute is not available in the standard CX OTBI subject areas currently in use.

As an alternative, we have introduced a custom field based on a DCL (Dynamic Choice List) and exposed it through a custom OTBI subject area. Currently, this DCL-based field displays only a numeric value in OTBI reports. However, the reporting requirement is to display the
