Talent Review Meeting Real Time - In Holding Area (Yes/No) and Box Assignment Value

1. Trying to recreate the Table view of the 9 Box in OTBI (My Client Groups > Talent Review > 3 Dots > Conduct Meeting > Table). I have all values other than the 'In Holding Area' field. I've gone through the folders but unable to find it, can anyone point me in the right direction?
   

2) The second issue is that I've found that the 'Box Assignment' Value is blank on the report, despite there being a value in the UI. This only applies to those 'in progress'. If the meeting is 'complete' then the value is shown on the report (see below). Is there a way to pull the value for meetings in progress? As you can see below, all other values from the table are reflected on the report (potential, risk of loss, impact of loss and performance). It is only the 'box assignment' value that is missing.
