Currently setting up payroll elements for benefits. The client is aware of the retroactive recoveries for earnings and would like to implement the same functionality for deductions. Would a fast formula need to be developed to accomodate calculating the retroactive deductions and recoveries for benefit deductions to potentially spread the arrears across multiple pay periods or is there configuration/delivered functionality to allow elements for benefits to configured to note that the deduction is subject to retroactive recoveries?
