How to display Message in ORC using Fast Formula?

Summary:

We want to display a custom message on the Job Application page, as the Move Application is triggered or else on the Schedule Process ESS Job.

When the candidate been moved from one phase to the other based on the formula defined, we want to display a custom message which would facilitate hiring team in knowing the process that's happening in the background.
