Charge Account not updating in Redwood Manage Requisitions
Hi everyone,
We are experiencing an issue in Redwood – Manage Requisitions regarding the Charge Account update.
When editing a single line or multiple lines and attempting to update the Charge Account, the system allows entering a new account combination. However, after clicking Update, the Charge Account does not get updated and remains unchanged.
This behavior occurs both when:
- Editing a single requisition line
- Editing multiple lines at once
Has anyone encountered this issue in Redwood?
Is this a known limitation or defect, or are there specific prerequisites or configurations required for the Charge Account update to be saved correctly?
Any insights would be appreciated.
