Enabling Audit trail in CPQ

Hi, We have a specific business requirement in CPQ to enable audit trail on few fields. is there a OOB way to achieve this? or can we use attributes with data type as "History" to track the change details on an attribute? For enabling History tracking on attributes, do we need an additional SR to be raised with oracle as we dont see that option currently in the application. Kindly suggest
