Is anyone that has implemented Taleo analytics willing to share details about their project?  I am interested in the following:

1. What was the duration of the implementation project?

2. How many resources supported the project?

3. Who is doing ongoing metrics configuration?  Taleo admin or someone else

Any other details that you feel are relevant?
