Oracle 26A release impacting the OTBI subject area "SCM – Inventory Receipts".

Oracle has announced changes as part of the 26A release impacting the OTBI subject area 
"SCM – Inventory Receipts".


As per Oracle documentation, the Inventory Receipts subject area is being enhanced to include
RMA and Transfer Order receipt data. Due to this enhancement, presentation folder structures,
fact tables, and column locations (especially Lot Number, Serial Number, and related metrics)
are being changed.

We need Oracle’s confirmation and clarity on the following points:

1. If the Inventory Receipts-related feature / opt-in is NOT enabled, will the OTBI subject area
 metadata changes still be applied automatically as part of the 26A release?

2. Are the changes limited only to the Reports & Analytics (OTBI) metadata layer
