Columns in ZX_REP_TRX_DETAIL_T not available in Financial Tax Register

I have been creating a custom template for the FTR and most columns are available in the datamodel and I am able to pull into the template.

However some key fields seem to be missing. I have checked the code and can see that the columns I am after do exist in ZX_REP_TRX_DETAIL_T - e.g. OFFSET_TAX_RATE_CODE, TAX_REGIME_CODE, TAX_CURRENCY_CODE etc

How do I pull these in? Do not understand how they are core tax fields that are in that table but not in the standard FTR datamodel?
