HR Help Desk record summary not displaying all attachment added

Summary:

An issue was raised by a client regarding the Summary page only showing one contact even though multiple have been added. I noticed the same behaviour happens when more than one file is attached.

Is there anyway the summary can display/show all contacts and files associated with the record rather than only showing the most recent item.
