We are creating Intercompany Balancing rules at Primary Balance segment level and while giving code combination '110.000.0000.237900.000.000.0000' for Payables account, system is throwing below error -

"This combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted."

There is no Cross validation and security rule contradicting this code combination. Also, 110 defined in Intercompany value set.

What is causing this issue, how to resolve the same?
