List of values for PLN Time Balance Property

Summary:

The property PLN Time Balance is used by all our applications with the type Planning Modules for the account dimension.

The list of values for this property is the same for all. Other values (like Disable) exist in Cloud EPM application but are not reflected in EDMCS.

I have several questions :

• does the actual list of values associated to the property is here by design or have been added by someone at one point ?
• how to proceed to add a new value in the list ? is it a good practice to add it manually or is there another way to do it ?
