Seniority dates (V3) and processing of changes entered ahead of time

Hello!

I have an observation regarding the Calculate Seniority Date process that does not work in alignment with how I read the documentation.

We are using V3 Seniority dates and running the Calculate Seniority Date process nightly with below parameters.

Person Number- *NULL*

Past Period in Days – 1

Include Terminated Work Relationships – Y

Include Complete Assignment History – Y

Legal Employer - *NULL*

Union - *NULL*

Relevant seniority dates selected.

Case:

I hired a worker as of 2026-01-12, the hire was entered on 2026-01-09.

2026-01-10 – Person is not calculated

2026-01-11 - Person is not calculated

2026-01-12 – Person is calculated and seniority date populated.
