Post Offer Email not going to Collaborator
Summary:
Hello,
We have a post offer coordinator who is no longer receiving emails when a candidate is moved to the post offer phase.
This has been working without issue until recently, and we have not made any changes.
I've confirmed that she has been added as collaborator on the offer/reqs.
Any help appreciated.
