Triggering Event for Candidate Notification of Agency Submission v7.5?

Hello All!

I’m having trouble configuring a correspondence to be sent to the candidate once a candidate has been referred by an agent.  The purpose of the correspondence is to inform the candidate that an agency has submitted his profile and to invite him to the career section to review his profile and provide additional information.

We currently have a correspondence that goes to the agent upon submission of a candidate and thanks him for his submission.  My assumption is that the candidate correspondence would need to be set up with the exact same triggering event as the agent correspondence which is:
