Clicked metric is not available for reporting or data extraction in ORC Campaigns
Summary of the Issue
In Oracle Recruiting Cloud, the “Clicked” metric is visible and functions correctly at the campaign level in the user interface. However, this metric is not available for reporting or data extraction.
Specifically:
- The “Clicked” metric is not exposed in any Recruiting Campaign OTBI subject areas.
- It is not accessible via SQL, BI Publisher, or database-level queries.
- As a result, the metric cannot be reported, aggregated, or extracted in bulk, and is only visible when reviewing campaigns individually in the UI.
Business Impact
The lack of reporting access prevents:
- Centralized campaign performance reporting
- Historical analysis and trend tracking
