Copy transaction from prior period creating transaction for Functional bucket in new period

Summary:

A Nov-25 transaction is created in the reconciliation with only an amount in the entered currency bucket - nothing for functional. This is intentional. When this transaction is copied into Dec-25 rec as part of the 'copy transactions from prior reconciliation' rule on the format, the transaction is automatically creating an amount in the functional currency bucket as well as the entered, despite there being no amount in the functional currency bucket in the original Nov-25 transaction. This is causing the Dec-25 reconciliation to have an unexplained difference and the reconciliation will not auto-reconcile based on the rules created.
