AI Agent Studio- Access Denied error while saving Workflow type agent- After adding IF condition

Summary:

The AI Agent studio returns the below error after adding a simple IF condition into the Workflow Agent. User has all required roles & permission groups and features on Supervisor type agent teams work fine. Can anyone help here?

Error Message-
<TITLE>Access Denied</TITLE>You don't have permission to access "http://xxxxxx-saasfademo1.ds-fa.oraclepdemos.com/hcmRestApi/rest/rv:d9c6e93c-7881-4eb1-81a4-7a4603229c6c/en/11.13.18.05:9/" on this server.

Error appears after we try to save the agent team after adding an IF condition. Agent team saves fine without the IF node
