We have received business requirement where in we need to track below supplier matrix:
1. Track the number of supplier registration requests submitted.

2. Calculate the number of days taken for application approval & approver details.

3. Track the number of change requests submitted and the number of days taken for their approval.

I am trying to find best possible solution to handle this business requirement & provide recommendation to our customer.
