Impact Analysis on proposed changes to 'Item Class' and 'Item Type' fields

Summary:In PLM, the ‘8-Supply Item’ and ‘3-WIP’ item types will be expanding to new Item Classes in Oracle cloud. It’s likely these new item classes will be brought into Master Item, affecting it and all other systems that use item type data. We are trying to understand what the impacts to all these systems are.

Do we have an impact in data warehouse environments (On-Prem & EDF) with this change? Will changes affect other systems that use data? If the answer is yes to either question, please let us know how long it would take to make the change and when you would be able to make the change. And let us know If other systems will be affected by changes.
