how to make all questions in Interview feedback Questionnaire mandatory

Summary:

We have requirement where we want the interviewer to fill in the feedback for candidates they are interviewing.

As a part of configuration, we have added the Question and Questionnaire to the process and when the Interviewer recieves the notification to provide the feedback. He / She is suppose to answer all the Questions, now while testing, we observed that they can just submit without answering any Question to the Form.

Requirement - How can we make all the sections/Questions as mandatory so that they do not miss/skip questions to submit the form.

We are now in 25D and testing in Redwood.
