PDF Download File Name on landing page

We have a landing page with a download option where a PDF file is attached. However, when the user clicks to download the file, the PDF name changes and a system-generated prefix ID is added to the file name.

Our requirement is that when a user downloads the file, only the intended file name should be visible, without any prefix or additional ID.
