Redwood Learn Processing of User Groups and SPL

Hi,

We are testing Redwood Learn and we are having issues with Self Paced Learning automatically processing after 'Activate' is clicked.

When our admins create new SPL, it processes automatically, however, when our learning specialists create new SPL, it doesn't process.

We are also having the same issue with User Groups processing.

Please could you advise what privileges are required to ensure both SPL and User Groups are processed when submitted.
