Default Minimum and Maximum Salary fields on the Create Requisition page using GradeRatesDFF
Summary:
We want to auto-populate the Minimum and Maximum Salary fields on the Create Requisition page using a Business Rule.
The salary range values need to be derived from Grade Rate DFFs.
Additional context:
- The delivered Grade Rate Min and Max values are different from the salary ranges we are required to advertise on job requisitions due to pay transparency regulations. Therefore, we want to store the advertised Min–Max values in separate Grade Rate DFFs.
