Asset approver is not getting notification to approve the addition transaction

in Applications Security

Summary:

We have enabled approvals on a FA Book for all type of transactions (additions, adjustments, transfer, retirements) and also created approval rules and FA Approval group. After submitting the addition transaction of approval, the approver in the FA Approval group list is not getting notification to approve. The approver is also unable to see anywhere the approve button in the application too.

We have enabled approvals on a FA Book for all type of transactions (additions, adjustments, transfer, retirements) and also created approval rules and FA Approval group. The approval rules is based on Asset Type, all the CAPITALIZED type assets has to necessarily go for approval and EXPENSED assets are auto approved. We have a FA Asset Group with only 1 member and that approver is not getting any notification nor can see anywhere the Approve button in the application to approve the transaction.
