How to remove Top Categories section in Requisition Overview page

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

We have enabled Featured Categories option for One BU, but it is also showing in another BUs. We only want to see the Top Categories in 1 BU and it should not be visible for any other BUs.

Probably it should be controlled via any privilege or data access. If it is, can anyone help me with the name of the privilege.
