How to rename "Create Noncatalog Request" button/label on Self Service Procurement Home Page

Currently on the Self-Service Procurement Home Page, the seeded button label is displayed as "Create Noncatalog Request". In place of this, our business would like the label to be renamed.
We would like to check whether this customization is supported through Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalization or any other supported configuration in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
