excel hanging up while using smartview frequently

Hi,

Excel hangs up and gives an error asking the use if they want to disable the hsget add on.

This keeps happening frequently for a user even when

1. user is not using any other excel workbook
2. no external links attached to the sheet
3. Same sheet works properly for other users
4. uninstalled and reinstalled smartivew. no change.
5. excels hangs up even for simple sheets with low number of rows and columns

Can anyone give suggestions on how to solve this?
