Budget showing incorrect consumption amounts
Summary:
Project# xyz has a Total Budget of 81,417 $
Total Cost is 81,100.8 $
There is not Commitment cost active.
However, when we tried to enter the cost for remaining amount of 316.2 $ system is giving fuds error.
After thorough investigation, it is noted that 187.33 $ is stuck as obligation and nowhere in PO/PR/INV that can be see and this obligation is not getting released even after the UPPD run in Delete and Summarize method.
