Pending Worker - Edit - Capture change of country of birth in the Legislative Info block.

I need to create a Validation Rule to force the "MarriedBrazilian" field to be filled in when the country is different from BR.

When the country comes from the correct Pending Worker, the rule works correctly.

When I need to change the country to something different from BR because the addition came with the incorrect country, the rule doesn't work.

I declared several variables which I understood to be the country of birth and ran the inspect option.

When I'm in the Biographical Info section, it manages to show the change in some of these variables, but in the Legislative Info section, it doesn't capture the changed value.
