Defaulting Channel Type in Redwood HR Help Desk
Summary: Want to select a specific channel type to be the default Channel Type when opening Redwood HR Help Desk Service Requests.
Channel Type is a required field on the Create Service Request page, even if the field is hidden from the layout. By default, it is populating as null. I want to adjust the default to "Web", but I do not see a way to accomplish this.
I've seen other posts about how to do this in classic Help Desk, but the same approach does not seem to work here.
Please advise.
