Validation to Restrict Ship Confirmation for Future Actual Ship Dates from 3PL Feed

Hi Team,

Is there a way to validate the Actual Ship Date during ship confirmation and throw an error to prevent ship confirmation if the date is in the future?

The ship confirmation is interfaced from a 3PL system, and the Actual Ship Date is received as part of the ship confirmation feed. We would like to stop ship confirmation when a future date is passed
