Is there a way to capture Pay rate for Termed employees in OTBI

Summary:

We regularly work on legal requests, where it is required to present current and prior salary for all employees active during certain date range(usually an year). We get this data readily for active employees, however for terminated employees system throws up incorrect numbers.

Subject Area used- Compensation- Salary History details real time and Compensation- Worker assignment salary history real time.

Anyone has any idea how to fetch this data?
