How to make My Receipts New tile visible for Redwood Receipts

Summary:

Few months back we had enabled Redwood RSSP. During that time, we had created a custom role and assigned to users. Then those users are able to see Requisitions (New) tile. Now we are enabling Redwood receiving. We have configured profile options and also run ingest ESS jobs mentioned in the doc. But we are unable to see My Receipts (New) tile for all users. Under Procurement area, if I click on Show more. then I can see My Receipts (New) but by default it is not visible.

Can someone please tell me how do we make this tile / visible for all users?
