Task Manager: Passing Schedule Period and Year as Task Parameters for custom user task

Summary: We have user tasks pointing to reports which are driven by "Substitution Variables" i.e., &ActMonth=Dec and &ActYr=FY25, Currently Trying to drive these instead from Task Schedule Period and Year. Trying to see if there is a way I can default the report to point to the month and period selected for the schedule.

Issue is some of the business users run there reports and add comments as needed

1. substitution variables are part of the POV for the reports
2. for next month when we update the Substitution Variables the tasks now point to new set values even for tasks already completed. i.e., Nov FY25 Tasks show Dec FY25(Updated Subvars)
