Clean up File Server instance

If we enable the File Server in our OIC3 instance, do some setup/testing, and then decide we don't need the feature, can we disable the option and will that delete/clean up all the settings/folders/files, etc.? Everything I can find in the documentation is for enabling the File Server, I can't seem to find anything about disabling it.
