Calculation of "days in phase" in job requisition is wrong

Hi Everyone,

We've observed the wrong date difference calculated in job requisition, as you can see the difference between created date and filled date is not correct. I did not find any oracle document that can explain this behavior and how we can correct it.
Can you please let us know how we can correct.
