Categorize the positions shown in the list when creating job requisition

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

We want to Customize the position field to have a column to specify the position vacancy with the values : 1- Currently Vacant. 2- Going to be vacant.

how can we implement this ? and is it doable?
